Honors and Graduation Information

Gadsden State recognizes, in a variety of ways, the exceptional achievements of its students. At the end of each semester, the College publishes in area newspapers the President's List and the Dean's List. Students who are eligible for honors recognition but prefer that their names not be published should notify the Public Relations and Marketing Office (Joe Ford Center, East Broad Campus) within two weeks after the first day of classes.  In April, Gadsden State recognizes outstanding students for their distinguished scholastic achievements during the annual Honors Day Programs.  Programs are held in Wallace Hall on the Gadsden campus for students in the Gadsden/Cherokee service area and in the Pierce C. Cain Learning Resource Center on the Ayers campus for students in the Anniston service area.
