HUS 113 : Group Dynamics

This course introduces the concepts related to the functioning of small and large groups. Emphasis is on the understanding of behavior and the role of the group leader and members in the group process. The effects of verbal and non-verbal communication on behavior are included. Upon completion of this course, the student should have an understanding of the role and function of groups, both as a member and facilitator.
