In this course the basic principles and procedures in problem resolution are examined through the
presentation of cases, problems, and solutions. Emphasis is placed on the application and effective role of
the case aide. Upon completion of this course, the student will be familiar with the procedures for making
referrals and sharing information with the professional staff.
